(1) Customers shall be deemed to have ensured that Gadgets Online NZ Ltd. or its partner has filled the job sheet before device is accepted for services procedures.
(2) Gadgets Online NZ Ltd. Is not responsible for any loss of data either its personal or installed software. It's your responsibility to back up all the data.
(3) You agree that the original manufacturer may require deletion of data from your device for the purpose of cross-border transfer.
(4) Gadgets Online NZ Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage to accessories whilst in Service Provider's possession (SIM cards, memory cards, chargers, cases, cables, mounts etc.). However, on occasions Gadgets Online NZ Ltd. may ask for certain accessories to be sent in after initial diagnosis for further testing just like specific charger.
(5) You agree that the device hasn't been exposed to any sort of Liquid/Moisture damage, Impact damage. In a scenario where the device has been found to be damaged because of these, the warranty will be declined and a quote will be provided to customer if they want to get the device repaired.
(6) Customer is expected to share the screen lock password/pattern. In case of customer avoidance of sharing the screen lock password/pattern. Gadgets Online NZ Ltd.is not liable for new/ repeat issues after the delivery, since quality test will be affected without screen lock password.
(7) The estimates given at the time of acceptance of the devices for services are provisional and may vary at time of detailed inspection. Should the final expected charge be more that initial estimate we will proceed only after taking the approval of the Customer over mail, SMS or phone no.
(8) In the event the final estimate is not approves by the Customer within 7 days, the Customer will be expected to collect the device in "as is condition" and Gadgets Online NZ Ltd. will not be responsible for the same whatsoever.
(9) The parts replaced and the labour services for these repairs shall be warranted for a period of 60 days. This warranty shall cover only the parts replaced by us.
(10) By signing this form, you accept all the above Terms and Conditions and that all information supplied is complete and correct.
